FlipIQ ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
What we collect
- Your email address and password (stored securely by our auth provider) when you create an account.
- The property inputs and deals you choose to save.
- Basic usage counts (how many analyses you run) to enforce plan limits.
- Emails submitted to our waitlist or founding-member list.
How we use it
To operate the analyzer, save your deals, enforce fair-use limits, process subscriptions, and send you product and launch updates. We do not sell your data.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (authentication and database) and Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to process payments, subscriptions and applicable taxes. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and saved deals at any time by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
